Firecrackers hurled at police in Sentul

Firecrackers were hurled at policemen who told a group of people who were playing with fireworks at the car park of the Sri Perak apartment complex in Bandar Baru Sentul around 12.50am on Thursday (May 13) to disperse.

Sentul OCPD Asst Comm Beh Eng Lai said the case is being investigated for criminal intimidation under Section 506 of the Penal Code and for letting off fireworks under Section 3 of the Minor Offences Act 1955.
