Family pleads for stateless daughter to be granted citizenship

Sarawakian couple, Peter Sia and Lau Kui Fua, dream for the day when their adopted daughter would be given a MyKad.

Time is running out for Rachel Sia as she will no longer be eligible to apply for citizenship under Article 15A of the Federal Constitution when she turns 21.
