Ex-Kedah assemblyman remanded five days over RM30,000 special fund probe

The former Kedah assemblyman who was arrested by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) for allegedly misusing funds totalling RM30,000 has been remanded for five days. The suspect, who is in his 60s, was detained when giving his statement to Kedah MACC on Monday.
