Dr Wee: No fines, but child safety seat rule to continue

Transport Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong announced on Wednesday that the Transport Ministry rule requiring the use of child restraint seats (CRS) in private vehicles will continue, albeit its enforcement will be through advocacy and not fines.
