Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad shared his insights on good governance and development with African counterparts citing Malaysia’s ‘Look East’ Policy as example. The premiere spoke at the Third International Conference on the Emergence of Africa (ICEA-III) in Senegal.
