Covid-19: Three new clusters identified, says Health DG

Three new clusters have been detected in the country, says the Health Ministry.

Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said that on Monday, adding that the Kapor cluster originated from Kudat, Sabah, while a new cluster was detected in Rembau, Negri Sembilan, known as the Hampar cluster.

Meanwhile, in the Tapah Prison cluster, Dr Noor Hisham said it was detected in Batang Padang, Perak, where 11 tested positive from a Covid-19 screening conducted at the prison on Oct 12.
