Covid-19: New options needed as daily cases spike, says Health DG

Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said the healthcare system was struggling to cope with the rising number of Covid-19 patients and currently, it was at a breaking point.

Therefore, in a press conference on Wednesday, Dr Noor Hisham called for fresh solutions to break the chain of infections to reduce the load of the healthcare system.
