Penang police chief Comm Datuk Mohd Shuhaily Mohd Zain told reporters on Monday (May 9) that the Criminal Investigation Department is investigating allegations of misuse of power by policemen after a video of them kicking a person at a roadblock in Bukit Mertajam went viral.
