Cops arrest 28 at birthday bash in KL apartment

Police have interrupted a birthday party at an apartment in Kuala Lumpur, leading to the arrests of 28 individuals.

Kuala Lumpur deputy CID chief Asst Comm Nasri Mansor said 16 men and 12 women aged between 21 and 63 were detained during the raid conducted at about 12.50am on Sunday (July 18).
