Budget 2020: Where does the money come from for RM297bil expenditure?

Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng told the Dewan Rakyat on Friday that the government is expected to net RM244.5bil excluding dividends of RM30bil from Petronas.

He was explaining where the government will get monies for the allocation of RM297bil for Budget 2020.
