Bersatu lost Semenyih, Tg Piai because the party lacks members, says Dr M

Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Bersatu) lost in the Semenyih and Tanjung Piai by-elections because the party has a small membership.

Bersatu chairman Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad said that in his speech at the Bersatu Youth fundraising dinner on Monday (Dec 2).

Dr Mahathir also reminded party members that they must strive for party interests as opposed to self-interests, adding that if party members fought for their individual interests, they will lose, and the party will lose as well.
