Be humane when enforcing SOPs, PM tells authorities

Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin on Wednesday (April 28) urged the authorities to be humane when ensuring the people adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) as many are struggling to earn a living during the pandemic.
