Twenty-one acts from around the world came together in Genting Highlands, Pahang for two days of live music at Good Vibes Festival 2016. In this exclusive video, we asked the Malaysian bands: What's your pre-show ritual and what's on your rider? (A rider is a list of requests or demands that a performer sets as criteria for a show).

Here's what we found out from Kyoto Protocol, +2DB, Mutesite, indie songstress Froya, The Fridays, dream pop duo Juno and Hanna, Toko Kilat, and Enterprise.

Good Vibes Festival 2016 was headlined by English rock band The 1975, Irish indie trio Two Door Cinema Club, and Australian band Temper Trap. They were joined by electro pop duo Purity Ring, Grammy-nominated electronic music duo Disclosure, and Grammy-winning record producer, songwriter, musician, singer and DJ Mark Ronson.

'Backstage Pass' is an exclusive web series produced by Star2 for TheStarTV.com. In this show, we reveal behind-the-scene scenes of a staged event, with candid fly-on-the-wall interviews and never-before-seen action. In past episodes, we've revealed the dreams of the girls auditioning for Miss Universe Malaysia, runway secrets from Bernard Chandran’s fashion show, and confidential kitchen tricks from Kavita Sidhu’s wedding dinner.
