Ammonia gas leak kills two ice factory workers

Two workers died and 18 others were hurt after they were believed to have inhaled ammonia gas which leaked at an ice factory in Section 36, Shah Alam early Monday. Residents within a 3km radius of the factory were ordered to vacate their houses and buildings.
