Travellers serving 14-day mandatory quarantine may undergo shorter period, says Health DG

Travellers who are currently serving their 14-day mandatory quarantine order may be considered for a shorter isolation period, says the Health Ministry.
Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah at a press conference here Monday (Dec 14), adding that all of those under quarantine must undergo their second Covid-19 test on the eighth or ninth day and only if their tests show up as negative for Covid-19, they can be released.
