South Korean health authorities raised new concerns about Covid-19 after reporting last month that dozens of patients who had recovered from the illness later tested positive again.
Even though experts say the results were ''false positives'', the revelation threatened to complicate efforts to lift quarantine restrictions and to produce a vaccine.
