Several Opposition lawmakers have questioned how a minister had allegedly bypassed the mandatory 14-day quarantine after returning from Turkey recently.
Deputy Dewan Rakyat Speaker Datuk Rashid Hasnon, who was presiding the sitting at the time, told them to write in an official complaint for the House to look into the matter.
