Drunk driver, who rammed into contract worker and dragged motorcycle, charged with causing death

A car accessories shop worker, who crashed into a contract worker and dragged the victim’s motorcycle in a video that went viral today, has been charged at the Kuala Lumpur magistrate’s court.
Khor Yong Zhang, 21, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol which exceeded the permitted limit at 161mg, and causing the death of Mohamed Zaili Mohamed, 44.
