Covid-19 spike continues: 2,551 new cases, Sarawak highest with almost 1,000 cases

Malaysia’s Covid-19 cases continued to rise, with 2,551 new infections recorded in the country on Friday (April 15).
Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said Sarawak recorded the most cases with 960 new infections, followed by Selangor with 590 cases.
The Health Ministry has also identified seven new Covid-19 clusters, taking the total number of active ones to 346.
