Covid-19: No curfew in current state of Emergency, says Muhyiddin

Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin has assured the rakyat that there will be no curfew or shutdown under the emergency proclamation declared by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong.
Muhyiddin said this in a special televised address on Tuesday (Jan 12) that the Cabinet and state (governments) will continue to function according to the Federal Constitution and all laws.
He made the live address following a proclamation of a state of Emergency by Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah on Tuesday.
The proclamation was made after a meeting with Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin on Monday (Jan 11).
