Civil servant claims trial to drink driving charge

A 30-year-old civil servant has been charged at a Magistrate’s Court in Ipoh, Perak for drink driving.
Jazvinjit Singh pleaded not guilty to a charge of driving under the influence, with an alleged level of 167mg of alcohol per 100ml of blood in his system.
The reading was over the permitted limit of 50mg of alcohol per 100ml of blood.
