Ahmad Zahid withdrew RM9.3mil from his foundation, court told

The High Court heard on Thursday that former deputy prime minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi withdrew RM9.3 million from Yayasan Akalbudi, the charity-based foundation he owns, after the 14th General Election.
Ahmad Zahid faces 47 charges, with 12 of them for criminal breach of trust, eight for corruption and 27 for money laundering, involving funds from Yayasan Akalbudi.
