After Covid, we’re back to fighting cancer, Khairy tells National Cancer Society

At the launch of the “From Cancer to Covid” coffee table book in Kuala Lumpur on Friday night, Health Minister Khairy Jamaluddin revealed that the National Cancer Society Malaysia (NCSM) was among the few civil organisations that had helped the government by administering more than 150,000 doses of Covid-19 vaccine with its door-to-door Covid-19 vaccination programme at the height of the pandemic.
He said after the pandemic is over, NCSM and the ministry will need to get back to business in fighting cancer.
