Located South of Peninsular Malaysia, Indonesia’s Riau Archipelago covers an area of 8,201 square kilometres. Made of up a cluster of islands with five regencies, it is linked via sea transportation and very few adventure cyclists from Malaysia have actually explored the islands. In the first of a four-parter series, videojournalist Sam Cheong explores Karimun island on two wheels.
