Roasted garden lizard salad is a tasty dish that also gets you the chicks

The high number of garden lizards by the roadside in Ubon Ratchathani is a draw to boys who catches them to impress their girlfriends and at the same time earn some extra cash.
They can catch up to 50 of these reptiles within two to three hours by using a special handmade contraption.
The lizards are skinned, roasted and mixed with sour salad.
