Fruit farmers in Phitsanulok, Thailand are encouraged to grow seedless grapes which are in high demand and require minimal care.
A grape variety called Seedless Beauty has a 40-year productive period.
It can be harvested twice a year- in June and January.
For the grapes to be healthy, farmers need to ensure that the fruits receive sufficient water supply while the grapes need to be harvested to ensure the remaining fruits are not small.
Its wholesale price is Bt100 (US$3) per kilogramme but the price will double during festive seasons.
