Villagers in certain parts of Thailand have been braving the cold weather by relying on bonfires to keep them warm- even during the daytime.
In Nakhon Ratchasima, villagers have been gathering around bonfires upon waking up in the morning after a cold night.
The average temperature here has dropped to 16 degrees Celsius.
Similarly, villagers in Loei are also using bonfires to keep warm. They are also enduring thick fogs in the mornings which has prompted motorists to exercise caution when travelling on the road. Monks are also braving the cold and fog to receive alms from donors.
